Join Elgin Mental Health Center historian, Bill Briska, and Association for Preservation Technology- Western Great Lakes Chapter for a technical review of Bertrand Goldberg’s Laundry Building located on the Elgin Mental Health Center Campus. This review will include a brief history of the Mental Health Center as well as an overview of condition of the structural system, exterior envelope and interior of the building that was conducted by Wiss, Janey, Elstner Associates. Space is limited to 15 people, so please register early! Registration required.
