Please join the Elgin Heritage Commission and the Elgin History Museum for this year's December Heritage Awards! The Commission will be awarding Heritage Building Plaques as well as Bungalow Thematic Historic District Plaques to the owners who are promoting and preserving Elgin's history and architecture. There will also be food and beverages served!

Elgin History Museum Board President and local historian, Bill Briska, will be this year's guest speaker. He will be enlightening us with the unique history and the current rehabilitation of the Nancy Kimball Home.
