Did you know bicycles were made in Elgin a long time ago? There are also bicycles with an Elgin brand name that were not made in Elgin. Bike advocate Tom Armstrong will talk about the development of the bike, local bike races and routes. Join us on the Elgin History Museum’s lawn to see some collectible bicycles! Bring your lunch.
