The Elgin Fringe Festival Family Fringe is a FREE celebration of the arts featuring hands-on arts & crafts projects, live performances, games, a bounce house, and our favorite juggler Brad French!

Family Fringe is free and open to the public. Admission to the Museum is also FREE.

The 2019 Elgin Fringe Festival is brought to you by the Elgin Cultural Arts Commission and Side Street Studio Arts and is supported by the Hemmens Cultural Center, Elgin Art Showcase, Elgin Public House, Martini Room, and Blue Box Cafe.
