Please join the Elgin Heritage Commission and the Elgin History Museum for the annual December Heritage Plaque Awards on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 6:00PM located at the Elgin History Museum (360 Park Street). The Commission will be awarding ten heritage plaques along with a short presentation on Solar Systems on Historic Structures presented by Elgin’s Historic Preservation Planner, Christen Sundquist.
