Join the Neighborhood Housing Services of the Fox Valley, the City of Elgin, the Elgin History Museum and local historians for an informational panel about Elgin’s Bungalows. This panel will explain and discuss the characteristics of a bungalow, how your bungalow can be a part of the Elgin Bungalow Thematic Historic District, an overview of architectural rehabilitation grants available to bungalows in that district as well as NHS of the Fox Valley Rehab/Home Improvement loans and the State of Illinois Property Tax Assessment Freeze benefits.
