75 N. Alfred was built in 1924 for George & Susanna Hockle. It was used as a rug cleaning plant.

ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE

75 N. Alfred Avenue is a clipped gable bungalow with a clipped gable dormer found at its south elevation. It is a one-and-a-half story brick home with no roof overhang.
