632 ALGONA AVENUE
HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE
632 Algona Avenue was built in 1925 for R. F. Seimer for a cost $5,000.
ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE
632 Algona Avenue is an excellent example of a one-and-half story bungalow with many of its original elements including its iconic staggered clipped gables with pent roofs. The home also has clipped gable dormers. The first floor has narrow clapboard siding with mitered corners and historically had shingle siding at the gable ends which have now been replaced with vinyl siding. The home still has its original multi-lite-over-one-lite sash double-hung grouped windows.
