476 ANN STREET

HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE

476 Ann Street was built in 1922 for Leo H. Meyer. It was constructed for $5,500.

ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE

476 Ann Street is a nice and unique example of a one-story brick bungalow that faces Ann Street and would be considered a significant structure. This brick bungalow has a hipped roof with hipped front dormer and still has its original windows and front door. What’s most impressive and unique about this bungalow is the clipped gable roof extension of the home with its original garage swing garage doors.
