22 N. ALDINE STREET
HISTORIC SIGNIFICANCE
22 North Aldine was built in 1927 for Joseph & Frances Legler by Charles Fabrick.
ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE
22 N. Aldine is considered a side gabled bungalow with Greek Revival characteristics including the return eaves/cornice found at its main roof and the front dormer. The home historically had narrow clapboard siding with cornerboards at its first floor and shingles at its second floor. Other modifications include the complete removal of the front stoop and the replacement of the multi-lite-over-one sash double-hung windows.
