ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE

206 S. Alfred Avenue is a one-story clipped gable with cross clipped gable bungalow. The home has much of its original elements including the wood clapboard siding, some multi-lite wood windows, return eaves at the gables and a large tapered chimney at the north elevation.
