124 S. Aldine was built in 1910 for Gerhard & Bertha Erickson.

ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE

124 S. Aldine is a steeply pitched hipped roof bungalow with a shed dormer at its north elevation and a hipped dormer at its south. It is one-and-a-half stories with a stucco facade. Alterations include the addition of a gable roof at the front porch, alteration of the front porch layout, replacement windows and the replacement of the cedar shingles with vinyl at the dormers.
